Phoenix Real Estate - Now is the time to buy !!!

You would be hard pressed to find another REALTOR® as experienced as I am. My background is real estate finance; I have previously managed mortgage branches for nationally-recognized lenders. As a lender and REALTOR®, this gives me a considerable advantage over agents with little or no financing experience. I understand the process and products, how to avoid the pitfalls and no loan ever holds up any of my closings!

I have helped people finance and purchase residential and investment properties.  If you are a first time homebuyer, I can create a successful home buying plan to make your dream of homeownership come true. If you currently own your home, I can provide you with a market assessment of your area. If you are an investor, I can suggest a multitude of financing options, as well as target potential rental properties. Let me share my expertise with you on your next purchase!
